 PROGRAM INFORMATION

SCOPE Education Services, in cooperation with the Jericho School District, is pleased to offer an exciting  After School Enrichment Program for elementary school students. We are delighted to be able to offer this program to your children in the hope of providing them with enriching ways to expand their learning while having fun.

The program will be held on Thursday afternoons for 10 weeks, from November 29, 2018 through February 14, 2019.  Session 1 will run from 3:00pm—3:50pm. Session 2 will run from  4:00pm—4:50pm. Please complete the attached registration form or register online by Friday, November 16, 2018.

DAY OF THE WEEK:    Thursdays

 PROGRAM DATES:     10 weeks- November 29, 2018 through February 14, 2019

 PROGRAM TIMES:      Session 1: 3:00-3:50pm             Session 2: 4:00-4:50pm

*Parents are required to arrive promptly at the end of the program.  Late pick-ups can result in your child being dismissed from the program.

PROGRAM FEE:          $125.00 per student*

*20% discount for additional children

*20% discount if scheduled to attend SCOPE’s After School Child Care Program on the same day

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  Friday, November 16, 2018

REFUND DEADLINE:              Wednesday, November 21, 2018. Refunds issued prior to November 21^st will incur a $10.00 processing fee.

 When registering please remember to fill out ALL information requested on the registration page. 

• SCOPE requires a minimum enrollment in order to run the program.
• SCOPE reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment.
• Registration is accepted on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
• There is a strict minimum and maximum of students per class.
• PLEASE NOTE: You will receive 2 email confirmations:

1^st Registration Acknowledgement: Automatic email confirming receipt of payment and registration. This email does not guarantee your child’s placement as there is a strict minimum and maximum of students per class. You will be contacted regarding your registration request due to low enrollment or the class having reached capacity.

2^nd Program Confirmation: Confirmation including all of the program details- dates, time, classroom assignment etc. will be sent via email about 1 week prior to the start of the program. This email will confirm your child’s registration in the program
