Assistant Director: Before / After School Child Care (Nassau)

Responsibilities:

Reports to the program supervisor, assists supervisor in daily operation of the child care program including but not limited to: supervision of children, implementation of daily activities, program planning, and implementation of behavior management. May be required to assume supervisor responsibilities in the absence of supervisor.

Requirements:

Two years of college with 18 credits in Early Childhood Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation or a related field and two years experience working with children under the age of 13 is preferred or high school diploma with five years direct experience working with children under the age of 13.

Salary:

$19.15 per hour
